Does Hardwood Flooring increase the value of my home more than Vinyl plank?

The short answer is no. If you are considering changing your flooring for resale, keep in mind that your buyer may or may not like the flooring type or even colour you have chosen, so its best to pick flooring that suits your taste and budget.

While Engineered Hardwood is highly durable in its own right and can last for generations, we would have to suggest Vinyl Plank if you are considering purchasing your flooring with little ones and pets in mind as its easier for cleaning and scratches tend to be less visible.

Q.

A.

If maintained properly, Hardwood can last for 20-30 years or longer! Vinyl Planks average life expectancy is 10-20 years.
